The H145 helicopter has been converted by Airbus into the U145, an autonomous aircraft designed around AI-driven operations, sensor integration, and advanced autonomy for complex missions. With a maximum takeoff weight of 3,800 kilograms (8,378 pounds), the uncrewed platform is capable of carrying substantial cargo loads. The redesign removes the pilot cockpit entirely, replacing it with a logistics-oriented layout that incorporates a nose-mounted cargo door, a folding loading system, and a reinforced cargo floor to enhance transport efficiency.
