Russia is bringing more than missiles and guns to its proposed “Anti-Drone Dome,” a concept that combines five types of defense to counter unmanned aerial threats.
The concept, proposed by state-owned arms exporter ROSOBORONEXPORT, would bring together several layers of drone defense, from airspace surveillance and weapons to electronic warfare and physical protection.
It also includes a geoinformation system within an automated command-and-control framework, alongside physical protection measures.
