A UK-based company is undertaking an ambitious project to design a completely new unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) for the Swedish Armed Forces within just 18 months.
GKN Aerospace has partnered with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) to create a versatile UAV platform capable of supporting a broad range of operational missions.
The aircraft will be built with a modular architecture to enable rapid decision-making and allow seamless integration of future software and hardware upgrades.
