TEKEVER and Arkeus have demonstrated a new milestone in aerial sensing by integrating the Warden Hyperspectral Optical Radar (HSOR) onto the TEKEVER AR3 EVO unmanned aerial system. The partnership successfully completed flight trials, confirming that the upgraded platform is mission-ready for operational deployment. The HSOR module adds hyperspectral imaging capabilities that enable the AR3 EVO to detect and classify targets with greater accuracy, even in challenging visibility or complex terrain. By analyzing a wide range of light spectra, the sensor can distinguish subtle differences in materials and objects, enhancing reconnaissance, maritime surveillance, and environmental applications. The test campaign showed how the AR3 EVO could continuously track and identify moving targets across land and sea domains. TEKEVER’s AR3 EVO already serves multiple defense and security users, and this upgrade represents a significant leap in its sensor performance. The integration aligns with the broader trend of embedding advanced analytics and imaging systems into tactical UAS fleets. Arkeus and TEKEVER plan to expand their partnership to refine onboard data processing and improve endurance efficiency. This project demonstrates the operational potential of hyperspectral imaging as a key enabler of situational superiority in modern intelligence and surveillance missions.
