Austria is preparing to modernize its helicopter fleet through the acquisition of advanced UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters. The aircraft provide multi-role capabilities including troop transport, logistics support, disaster response, and operational mobility. Equipped with upgraded avionics and enhanced mission systems, the helicopters will improve interoperability with partner nations while strengthening Austria’s overall defense readiness.
