Poland has unveiled a 40-ton heavy infantry fighting vehicle (IFV) designed to transport troops through high-intensity combat zones while providing enhanced armored protection.
Developed by Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ) and Huta Stalowa Wola, the vehicle combines heavy armor with a remotely operated turret and advanced surveillance, observation, and targeting systems.
The IFV is being engineered to operate in challenging combat environments, including difficult terrain and extreme weather conditions. Crew and troop survivability remain central to its design, with the platform intended to provide enhanced protection and battlefield mobility during demanding military operations.
