SK Group subsidiary Israel Weapon Industries has supplied the Israel Defense Forces with thousands of X95 Micro-TAVOR assault rifles, further strengthening its frontline infantry arsenal. The rifle, operational since 2006, is widely used in both standard infantry and marksman configurations.

Designed as a compact 5.56×45 mm bullpup weapon, the X95 is optimized for high-intensity scenarios such as urban combat, confined environments, and close-range engagements. Its architecture combines a full-length barrel with a shortened profile, while lightweight polymer construction improves handling and agility. The system employs a closed-bolt gas piston mechanism and modular components that enable adaptability and ease of maintenance across diverse operational conditions.

The rifle is equipped with ambidextrous controls, backup iron sights, and a 360-degree Picatinny rail system for mounting accessories. Its rear-centered balance helps mitigate recoil, enhancing stability in various firing positions. With an effective range of around 500 meters and a cyclic rate of up to 950 rounds per minute, the X95 delivers a balance of precision and firepower.
