Lockheed Martin has secured $1.15 billion in updated contracts from Canada to maintain and modernize the Royal Canadian Air Force’s CC-130J Hercules transport aircraft. The agreements cover maintenance, repair, overhaul, and the integration of advanced avionics and communication upgrades under the RCAF 105 program. Canada’s fleet of 17 Hercules aircraft plays a vital role in troop transport, logistics, and global operations. The modernization effort will improve operational safety, airspace compliance, and long-term mission readiness while supporting hundreds of skilled jobs in Canada.
