A new alliance between Vantiq and MMAA C&C is set to advance South Korea’s military artificial intelligence capabilities by promoting next-generation defense technologies. The partnership will concentrate on integrating AI into command-and-control systems, unmanned platforms, logistics operations, and cyber defense to improve operational efficiency and mission effectiveness.
Under a newly signed memorandum of understanding, the companies will collaborate on defense-focused AI projects and engage military personnel through a dedicated roadshow. The initiative will examine how agentic AI, edge computing, and real-time data analytics can strengthen manned-unmanned teaming, optimize logistics, enhance cyber resilience, and support broader military operations.
The agreement, formalized on June 18 at MMAA C&C headquarters, provides a foundation for joint technology development and future defense business opportunities. A key component of the collaboration is the planned 2026 Defense AI Roadshow, which will bring together active-duty military personnel to share operational insights and explore practical applications of emerging AI technologies. The discussions will emphasize AI-driven command-and-control systems and edge computing solutions designed to deliver faster data processing closer to operational environments.
