ARX Robotics of Germany and Ukraine’s Roboneers have partnered to create a joint venture focused on manufacturing unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) for Ukraine’s military on a mass-production scale.
Signed at the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Gdańsk as part of the “Build with Ukraine” initiative, the agreement is backed by both the German and Ukrainian governments. Operating under the name ARX Industries, the venture will build UGVs using Roboneers’ proprietary Lynx PRO platform and provide comprehensive operational and lifecycle sustainment services.
