Saudi Arabia has introduced the SKYWASP, a domestically developed long-range attack drone intended for one-way strike operations. Produced by SR2Vector, the platform reportedly has a range of about 1,500 kilometers, giving it the ability to reach targets far beyond the front line. The aircraft uses a delta-wing design with a blended fuselage and rear-mounted propeller, a configuration similar to other long-range loitering munitions. The project highlights Saudi Arabia’s growing focus on indigenous defense production and the expansion of its unmanned strike capabilities.
