Coordinating large formations of autonomous aircraft and ground vehicles in real time is the core concept behind Dominion-X, a new artificial intelligence-powered operating system developed by Elbit Systems’ FUSE.
The system enables autonomous platforms to share mission data and execute distributed operations across the battlefield through a common network, improving coordination between unmanned assets.
Dominion-X also supports manned-unmanned teaming (MUM-T), allowing autonomous systems to operate alongside maneuvering forces and crewed vehicles. The architecture is designed to integrate these capabilities into existing military formations and command structures without requiring extensive organizational changes.
