An AURA AERO subsidiary and Thales have entered into a partnership to create an advanced ISR drone solution aimed at reinforcing France’s sovereign defense and reconnaissance capabilities.
The collaboration centers on the MALE initiative, through which AURA M is introducing the Enbata unmanned aircraft. Designed as a flexible multi-mission platform, the drone incorporates fly-by-wire flight controls and an open architecture that can accommodate a broad range of sensors and operational payloads.
To support its surveillance and intelligence missions, the Enbata will employ Thales’ AirMaster C radar, featuring compact AESA technology and integrated artificial intelligence for improved target detection and mission effectiveness.
