Ukrainian-American investment group MITS Capital has established a new Danish-Ukrainian defense company, consolidating leading Ukrainian drone and defense technology firms under one umbrella.

The venture, named MITS Industries, unites Tencore (a manufacturer of unmanned ground robots), Infozahyst (a veteran SIGINT provider with over two decades of expertise), Unwave (one of Ukraine’s largest EW producers), and an undisclosed aerial drone maker. MITS Capital will act as investor, coordinator, and catalyst for the initiative.

MITS Industries plans to adopt a “drone-as-a-service” model, enabling mass production of advanced drone and counter-drone solutions for air, land, and sea operations. The company anticipates generating over $200 million in revenue by 2026.

The model aims to strengthen Ukraine’s defense export capacity while improving access to institutional funding.

According to government projections, Ukraine’s defense industry could exceed $35 billion in 2025, with private production already outpacing domestic demand and driving export readiness as the country continues to supply its armed forces with vital systems.
