US defense technology company Palladyne AI and Ukrainian-Estonian drone developer NORDA Dynamics have announced a collaboration to combine drone swarm coordination with autonomous terminal guidance capabilities.
Under the partnership, Palladyne’s SwarmOS platform will be integrated with NORDA’s Underdog Autonomy Module, enabling multiple drones to autonomously detect, track, allocate, and pursue targets.
The integrated solution is designed to maintain autonomous operational capabilities even when GPS signals and communication links are disrupted by electronic warfare, improving the effectiveness and resilience of drone swarms in contested environments.
