The architecture revolves around several integrated components. Its centerpiece, the Gladius Light system, equips soldiers with a combined solution that integrates communications, ballistic protection, and a digital battle management system into one cohesive platform.
Complementing this is the Smart Mobile Observation Kit, a mobile reconnaissance setup that uses an electro-optical sensor on a pan-tilt tripod and connects to TacNet to provide real-time situational awareness.
