The US Navy is set to enhance its underwater warfare capabilities with Ultra Maritime winning a contract to produce an advanced Acoustic Device Countermeasure (ADC).
Engineered for quick activation, the ADC MK6 creates deceptive acoustic signals that disrupt and redirect hostile torpedoes, reinforcing ship and submarine defenses.
With higher readiness rates, stronger acoustic output, and wide platform integration, the system is designed to improve protection levels and ensure greater resilience against modern torpedo systems.
