The US Army has tapped TTTECH North America to equip its HADES intelligence aircraft with a high-speed, resilient networking platform.
TTTECH will deliver a 10 Gigabit Time-Sensitive Networking solution incorporating aerospace-standard Ethernet switches, endpoints, and support tools. The system ensures secure, real-time communication across avionics components and satisfies DO-178 Design Assurance Level A requirements.
Leveraging an open digital framework, the platform enables modular upgrades and long-term cost savings. The 12-year HADES initiative aims to field up to six Bombardier Global 6500-based aircraft, replacing legacy ISR planes, with four currently under modification in Maryland.
