Cleo Robotics, a US tech firm, has unveiled the Dronut DD1—an advanced aerial drone engineered to navigate spaces inaccessible to typical GPS-based systems and conventional drones.

The DD1 distinguishes itself with a ducted fan propulsion system, eliminating exposed rotors for safer flight around people and within confined indoor environments. It also delivers quieter operation, improved sensor arrays, and a stronger radio communication range.

Powered by artificial intelligence, the Dronut DD1 is capable of autonomous flight in GPS-denied areas, ensuring continued operation even when satellite guidance is interrupted or obstructed.
