QinetiQ US has secured a $26-million subcontract from General Dynamics Electric Boat to supply advanced electrical and electromechanical systems for Virginia- and Columbia-class submarines. Work will be conducted at QinetiQ’s US facilities as part of ongoing efforts to modernize the Navy’s nuclear fleet.
