Ondas Holdings has announced an $80-million agreement to acquire Roboteam, an Israeli developer specializing in durable, multi-purpose unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs).
The move will broaden Ondas’ defense robotics portfolio, bringing together ground and aerial unmanned platforms alongside counter-drone and intelligence solutions within its autonomous systems division.
Roboteam provides UGVs designed for explosive ordnance disposal, surveillance, and missions in high-risk environments. Its platforms range from ultra-light systems at 1.5 kilograms to heavy-duty units exceeding 1,000 kilograms and are actively used by armed forces in more than 30 nations, including the US and Israel.
Beyond its UGV lineup, the company offers the Roboteam HUB, a command-and-control suite that integrates multiple robotic assets into a single operational network.
Ondas anticipates an additional $3–$4 million in revenue in Q4 2025 following the deal’s completion, and no less than $30 million in 2026. Roboteam has also recently secured more than $20 million in orders from a returning military customer, with deliveries extending through 2026.
