Northrop Grumman has successfully completed deliveries under the U.S. Army’s Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) contract for the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS), marking a major milestone in modern air and missile defense. A total of 142 major end items—including 35 Engagement Operations Centers, 32 IFCN Relays, and 75 ICE units—were produced at scale in Huntsville, Alabama.
This accomplishment underscores IBCS’s readiness for operational deployment, streamlining the Army’s path toward fielding the next generation of integrated air and missile defense capabilities.
