Under a joint procurement with Latvia, Lithuania has contracted Marine Alutech Oy Ab to deliver two multi-role attack boats for €22 million ($24 million). The ships, destined for the Lithuanian Navy’s Coastal Defense Battalion, will enhance national maritime security from the Gulf of Finland to waters bordering Russia near the Curonian Lagoon.
