Israeli drone maker Xtend has secured a contract to deliver 5,000 FPV attack drones to the Israeli Ground Forces at 3,500 ILS ($40) each, totaling around 20 million ILS ($5.87M). The deal includes operator stations, VR glasses, and an option for 5,000 more drones. The 10-inch (25 cm) drones can carry up to 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs) and will likely be deployed at the company level, enhancing the forces’ modern warfare capabilities.
