Hawaii’s Nan Inc. has secured a $211 million Pentagon contract to build a state-of-the-art communications hub at Andersen AFB in Guam.
Funding will roll out in phases, with $91.3 million allocated at award to support initial construction efforts.
The project will be managed alongside the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Pacific, based at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.
Construction is expected to wrap up by March 2030.
