Europe’s Meteor missile is set for a major capability boost as Spain’s Indra advances efforts to refine a key component of the weapon system.
The upgrade centers on an enhanced datalink designed to increase operational reach and improve resistance to electronic countermeasures.
The improved system has been presented to MBDA and the International Joint Project Office overseeing the Meteor program for evaluation and validation.
