Lockheed Martin has secured a $56-million deal from the Pentagon to maintain and support the US Air Force’s C-5M Super Galaxy aircraft.
The funding contributes to an overarching modernization plan to improve the aircraft’s avionics systems, boosting mission readiness.
This initiative supports vital operations conducted by the Air Mobility Command and Air Force Reserve Command, ensuring their effectiveness in logistics, airlift, and global military transport operations.
