Marking a significant leap in missile technology, Turkey has revealed the Tayfun Block-4 hypersonic ballistic missile, engineered for greater agility and survivability in contested airspace.
This latest variant builds upon the Tayfun short-range ballistic missile platform, initially tested in 2022.
Reports from Turkish media indicate that the missile measures 21 feet in length, weighs around 2.5 tons, and is powered by solid composite fuel — a configuration aimed at delivering rapid acceleration and evasive flight paths.
