Textron Systems is introducing its fifth-generation Multi-Mission Unmanned Surface Vessel (MMUSV), aimed at expanding naval operational capabilities with greater payload, range, and versatility.

Based on the company’s common unmanned surface vehicle (CUSV) architecture, this upgraded vessel can carry about twice as much as earlier models, with a maximum payload of 5,900 kilograms (13,000 pounds).

With its enhanced lift, endurance, and mission flexibility, the platform can support a variety of tasks, including surface combat, mine countermeasures, ISR operations, and signals intelligence gathering.
