French firm SEAir has launched the ARROW project, a fully autonomous hydrofoil vessel developed under an €7.5 million ($8.6M) European Defence Fund initiative. Designed to boost maritime surveillance, ARROW will offer high-speed, low-emission operations with delivery expected by 2028.
