The ALKA-KAPLAN, Turkey’s latest hybrid combat vehicle, has been introduced to counter drone threats using high-energy laser technology.
Developed collaboratively by FNSS and ROKETSAN, the system integrates the KAPLAN HYBRID tracked chassis with the ALKA Directed Energy Weapon, creating a silent, laser-armed drone interceptor.
Outfitted with cameras, mission equipment, and image-based navigation tools, the vehicle supports both autonomous and remotely controlled missions.
