Taiwan’s army has introduced the M1167 High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (Humvee), showcasing its capabilities during a public display in Taichung. This variant features substantial upgrades over earlier models, including improved armor and a TOW missile system for anti-armor engagement in any direction. The M1167 also supports greater logistical capacity, all-weather deployment, and air mobility, making it well-suited for dynamic operational zones. Anti-ballistic enhancements and modular armor options further reinforce its combat readiness on today’s high-threat battlefields.
