Picogrid and Deepnight, both based in California, are joining forces to enhance night-time surveillance at military bases through AI-driven imaging technology.
The partners will conduct a Department of Defense-supported pilot worth $1.7 million to demonstrate how affordable cameras can deliver stronger nighttime protection for vital infrastructure.
The solution relies on Deepnight’s advanced low-light AI engine, capable of transforming dim or grainy footage into sharp imagery and improving camera light sensitivity by an estimated factor of ten.
