Russia’s new NV.17 hybrid helicopter has entered the technical design phase after completing its preliminary and draft design stages. Developed by Heliburo, the medium-class helicopter is intended for a variety of missions, including cargo transport, passenger movement, and fire support. The aircraft’s maiden flight is scheduled for 2027.
