Lithuanian shipbuilder Western Baltic Engineering has unveiled the conceptual design for the Lithuanian Navy’s Perk?nas (Thunder) class patrol boats. This development supports Vilnius’ goal of deploying modern maritime security assets with cutting-edge capabilities to address gaps in specialized operations and infrastructure protection. Each vessel will be 88 meters (289 feet) long with a beam of 17 meters (56 feet).
