Israel’s Ministry of Defense is reportedly in “advanced negotiations” with the United States for the procurement of Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missiles (JASSM) from Lockheed Martin, according to Israeli outlet Globes.

While specifics of the potential agreement remain undisclosed, the Ministry of Defense declined to comment on the matter. Lockheed Martin, when approached, directed inquiries to the US government, stating, “Foreign military sales are government-to-government transactions, and we work closely with the US government on any military sales to international customers,” Globes reported.
