
As of October 17, 2024, GE Aerospace’s engines, known for their dependability and performance, will be assembled and tested by HAL in Bangalore, under a partnership established in 1986. The new Indian missile vessels, equipped with state-of-the-art anti-surface weapons and capable of 35 knots, will be powered by six LM2500 marine gas turbines, auxiliary systems, and composite enclosures from GE Aerospace.
