Serbia has completed the acquisition of Israeli-made PULS artillery rocket systems and Hermes 900 reconnaissance drones as part of efforts to gain an edge in its military rivalry with Croatia. The $335 million deal was first disclosed by Elbit Systems in November 2024, although the buyer’s identity was not revealed at the time.
