On December 13, 2024, Saab announced that it has received an order from the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) to supply its Sea Giraffe 1X radar systems to the Swedish Navy. The contract, valued at approximately SEK 340 million (EUR 29.5 million), includes radar units in multiple configurations for use in both training environments and onboard surface vessels. Deliveries are expected to continue through 2026.
