The Royal Marines Commandos have received 159 Lynx Brutal Over Snow Reconnaissance Vehicles to boost their operational effectiveness in Arctic environments. Delivered to the UK Commando Force, the snowmobiles will support missions involving reconnaissance, raids, and strikes. While specialist teams have previously used such vehicles, shifting battlefield tactics now demand enhanced mobility for smaller, widely dispersed units.
