Embraer has awarded Rheinmetall a contract to deliver flight simulators for the C-390 transport aircraft to support training for Royal Netherlands Air Force crews and ground staff. The order includes a Full Flight and Mission Simulator (FFMS) and a Cargo Handling Station Trainer (CHST), with delivery expected by the end of next year. While the exact contract value has not been disclosed, it is estimated in the double-digit million-euro range.
