Poland has received its first batch of M1A2 Abrams main battle tanks from the United States under a 2022 foreign military sales agreement. A total of 28 tanks arrived in Gdynia, each equipped with the advanced System Enhanced Package 3 to optimize armor, firepower, and mobility for contemporary combat operations. The vehicles will be moved to a facility in Pozna? for inspection before being deployed across Poland’s armed forces.
