The Polish Armed Forces have received the last two S-70i medium-lift helicopters from Lockheed Martin, concluding a four-unit deal signed in 2021. The handover, carried out by Lockheed’s local division PZL Mielec, brings the total number of delivered aircraft to four — all based on the UH-60M Black Hawk design. Lockheed noted that the initial S-70i was successfully deployed during emergency flood response operations in southern Poland.
