MSA Safety secured a $33 million contract to deliver respiratory protective solutions to the US Coast Guard. The Pennsylvania-based firm will supply its G1 Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) equipment to the Coast Guard’s surface fleet and support units. The company had already received an initial $22 million order in the third quarter of this year to start production.
