Maritime Tactical Systems (MARTAC), in partnership with Sealartec, has introduced a fully autonomous launch and recovery system (ALARS) for unmanned surface vessels (USVs). The system enables the autonomous deployment and retrieval of MARTAC’s MANTAS T8 and T12 USVs from the larger Devil Ray T38 platform. The T8 and T12 measure 2.5 meters and 3.6 meters in length, respectively, while the T38 spans 11 meters.
