French manufacturer Dassault Aviation has delivered the 24th and final Rafale fighter jet to the Hellenic Air Force at Tanagra air base. The aircraft was received by Greece’s 332nd Squadron, adding to the country’s existing fleet of combat jets, which includes various F-16 models and the forthcoming F-35 Lightning II fighters. This delivery completes the March 2022 contract for six additional Rafales, following an earlier €2.5 billion ($2.5 billion) agreement in January 2021 to acquire 18 Rafales.
