Landing Zones Canada has successfully conducted flight tests of the world’s first high-altitude balloon-launched payload delivery system, marking the completion of the Eagle Advanced Payload Delivery System’s development. The system demonstrated its capabilities under challenging operational and climatic conditions. Designed for long-range tactical and operational missions, the Eagle supports surveillance, intelligence gathering, electronic warfare, and precision strikes, and can function both autonomously and with man-in-the-loop control.
