Canada has chosen CAE to lead the development of the Royal Canadian Air Force’s Future Fighter Lead-in Training (FFLIT) program. This initiative is designed to prepare pilots for operating the next-generation Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II fighter jets. As a key partner, the Quebec-based firm will support the program’s design, refinement, and implementation to ensure that personnel acquire the essential skills needed to fly these advanced and highly capable aircraft in dynamic operational environments.
