Israeli defense firms Rafael and Elbit Systems have partnered to develop an integrated maritime electronic warfare (EW) self-defense suite for frigates operated by NATO European member countries. The system merges Elbit’s DESEAVER MK-4 Naval Decoy Control and Launching System with Rafael’s state-of-the-art decoy countermeasures.
