Air Industries Group has been awarded contracts to manufacture landing gear components for the US Air Force’s B-1B Lancer strategic bomber and F-16 Fighting Falcon fighter jet. The New York-based firm stated the project is valued at $1.5 million. The company noted that the maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) market for aircraft components presents substantial opportunities.
